Weightloss - I'm adopting a slimming plan as I'm finding it hard to lose weight. It's hugely frustrating as I've cut out the rubbish and think I'm eating healthily. I'm being told that I need to eat more smaller meals throughtout the day. Despite my size, I've never been a big eater.
Fitness - I've completed a 5k and signed up for the Mens Health Forum Scotland 10k run in June. I've been given a training schedule to adhere to as it's been tried and tested, not on 20 stone fat guys though! In addition to this, I'll be playing badminton at least once a week with different partners and will be doing boxercise once a week with a personal trainer. I'm aiming to have lost 3 stone by the time I do the run. This seems a very realistic half way point and a great motivator to keep up the good work.

The Daily Record have included my story in an article which was featured in the centre pages Fiona Russell, a freelance sports journalist. Fiona intends to check up on me in 6 months time and hopefully print a follow up story. Your support will keep me focused on my goal and the belief that people have shown in me to meet and maintain my target weight of 14 stone.
